TOMATO-GARLIC OPEN PIE

So the other day, I was making Kalitsounia and I had some dough left. Since I didn’t want to throw it away, I thought of making this crusty pie. Remember that the dough will be flat since there no yeast, soda or baking powder added. Try it with any dough and enjoy!

250 grams dough
3 tablespoons olive oil
8-10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 garlic clove
Fresh oregano leaves
Sea salt
Grated cheese (any kind you have or like)

– Open a thin dough
– Put it in a pan, on top of baking paper
– Softly scrub the garlic clove on top of the dough
– Drizzle olive oil
– Add cherry tomatoes, sea salt, oregano leaves
– Bake at 180 Celsius for about 25 minutes or until dough is cooked
– Remove from the oven, scrab some more garlic white hot and add the cheese
